On Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 October 2026 Laigueglia hosts the Salto dell'acciuga, an event devoted to the flavours, stories and traditions of the village, where the sea meets the hinterland. The programme, organised by the Pro Loco of Laigueglia, offers food events and shows by the sea, exhibitions, meetings, talks and food salons in which people from the village and the Baia del Sole share old Laigueglia recipes. There are also workshops for all ages, music shows and street food stalls with local specialities. The food on offer mixes Ligurian and Mediterranean recipes with specialities from Piedmont and the hinterland, all with a sea view in one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.
