For hosts

How it works

From registration to publication, with the real requirements a listing must meet. Listing is free and the portal takes no commission: traveller enquiries come straight to you.

The four steps

1

Create your account

You register with your email address and receive a verification link, valid for 24 hours. Once the address is confirmed, you have access to the host dashboard.

2

Complete your listing

To create the listing all you need is a name, town and province. You then complete it with a description, amenities, contact details, CIN and photos: the precise requirements are listed below.

3

Submit for review

Once the listing passes the automatic checks, you submit it for review. A person checks it before it becomes publicly visible.

4

Receive enquiries

Once the listing is published, travellers write to you from the form on your page, giving dates, number of guests and a message. You reply directly.

What you need in order to publish

Every listing gets a completeness score out of 100. Submission requires at least 70 points, and three requirements are essential regardless of the score: the property's identity, the CIN and photos.

RequirementPoints
Name, town, province and property type essential15
At least five photos essential16
CIN (Italian national identification code) essential14
Description of at least 180 characters15
The property's email and phone number10
Summary of at least 50 characters8
Capacity: guests, bedrooms and bathrooms8
At least four listed amenities8
At least one photo suitable as a cover image (from 1200×700 pixels, neither too dark nor overexposed)6

The CIN is required by law for accommodation providers and is shown on your public page: it is a guarantee for the traveller and cannot be worked around.

How the review works

Manual review

This is the normal route: the listing stays pending until a person checks it. If something is wrong it goes back to draft with the reason given, so you know exactly what to fix.

Immediate publication

You skip the queue only with a clean track record: at least one previously approved listing, no rejections or suspensions, a completeness score of at least 85 and no risk signals. It is not a paid plan — you earn it through the quality of your listings.

Automatic security checks

Some things block publication: payment requests outside the portal or bank details in the text, a CIN already used by another listing, photos identical to those of another property.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Listing is free and the portal takes no commission on stays. You can list up to five properties with one account; for more, contact support.

How long does it take to go online?

It depends on the manual review, so we do not promise a guaranteed time. A complete, correct listing at the first submission is what really shortens the wait.

Who handles bookings and payments?

You do. SoggiornaQui does not confirm bookings, does not collect the price of the stay and is not party to the contract: the enquiries you receive are requests for information, and you handle availability, final price and terms directly or on your own booking engine.

Do I need HostPratico in order to publish?

No. HostPratico is a separate, optional product for day-to-day management: your SoggiornaQui listing works without it. Discover HostPratico

Can I edit the listing after publication?

Yes, from the host dashboard. Substantial changes return the listing to draft and require a new submission, so what is public always remains verified.
