Nature of the service

SoggiornaQui is an editorial and advertising portal that hosts guides and informational listings for accommodation properties. It does not organize trips or travel packages, does not confirm bookings, does not collect payment for stays, and does not act on behalf of the traveler or the property in concluding the accommodation contract.

Requests sent through the portal are simple requests for information. The contract, availability, final price, payment, cancellation terms and every aspect of the accommodation service are handled directly by the property or by its own website or external booking engine.

Listings and the Plus plan

Basic publishing can be free within the limits shown in the dashboard. The optional SoggiornaQui Plus plan concerns exclusively greater visibility, listing features and participation in the portal's promotional campaigns. It does not guarantee visits, contacts or bookings.

Host obligations

The host must publish truthful information, hold the necessary qualifications to operate, state the correct and complete CIN on every listing, keep prices and contact details up to date, and not upload third-party content without authorization.

Editorial content

Guides are curated by SoggiornaQui for informational purposes. Hosts can only add a short tip on their own listing; they cannot publish articles independently.

Host hospitality exchange

The exchange network is a private space for contact between hosts with approved properties. SoggiornaQui does not sell or confirm stays, does not collect payments, does not grant vouchers or credits, and does not become a party to the agreement between users.

Each host remains responsible for the accuracy of their information, guest identification, communications to the authorities, administrative, tax and insurance obligations, safety, damages and the rules of their own property. Acceptance recorded on the portal only represents the intent expressed by the two hosts and is not a guarantee from the platform.

Review and suspension

Pages may be reviewed, rejected or suspended with a stated reason in the event of incomplete information, substantiated reports or violations. Automated scores are prioritization tools and do not replace human judgment.

Before final launch, these terms must be reviewed by a professional based on the business actually carried out and the company's registered location.
