Data we process

Host accounts, property data, photographs, requests submitted by travelers, technical logs and data strictly necessary for the security of the service.

The CIN is published in full on listing pages. It is not treated as confidential data.

Purposes

Creating and managing pages, sending requests to the property, security, abuse prevention, support and legal obligations.

Analytics and cookies

To understand how the site is used we use Plausible Analytics, hosted on our own server: it uses no cookies, collects no personal data and does not track visitors across different websites. The site also uses a technical session cookie, necessary for it to work (e.g. staying logged in to your account area), which does not require consent because it is strictly functional.

If you arrive from a Google ad, the address carries a click identifier: we keep it in the session and store it only if you propose a property, so we know which ad worked. We do not install Google's advertising tag or any third-party script: attribution happens by uploading a file by hand, so you are not followed across other sites.

Retention and rights

Traveler requests are kept, unless legal obligations or disputes require otherwise, for a maximum of 365 days and can be deleted through an administrative procedure. Security logs are kept to protect accounts and the service. Other data is kept for as long as necessary for its purposes and applicable obligations. To access, correct, delete, restrict or object, write to privacy@soggiornaqui.it.
