Trail 537 drops from the Colle del Telegrafo towards the sea at Punta Pineda: 1.5 kilometres and 480 metres of height difference. The National Park allows an hour forty going down and two and a half hours to climb back, and rates it for experienced hikers.
The Alta Via, the Sentiero Azzurro and trail 530 meet at the Telegrafo, where there is a copy of the Lapis Terminalis. Trail 537 first descends through woods, then through the farmland of the Costa Cravarezza, crosses the Litoranea (provincial road 370) and reaches the Piana di Campi, mostly covered with olive groves.
The last stretch is a steep stairway along the edge of a landslide: it passes the Pineda wine cellars and continues to the sea with difficulty, as the Park warns.
