SoggiornaLa Folia is an enduro and all-mountain trail in the Golfo dell'Isola area, near Spotorno: number 300 on the Finale Outdoor Region map, intermediate, technical enough to need handling and fun.
It has no particular difficulties and also suits riders with less enduro experience. The ground is hard, with fixed rock and stones that give plenty of grip, but don't overdo the speed.
It is often used for races and ends in the Crovetto stream. The start is about ten minutes' climb from the end of La Rete. Before you set off, check on the Finale Outdoor Region website that it is open: trails close for maintenance, races or bad weather.
