Soggiorna49 m² apartment in Rapallo's historic center, just a two-minute walk from the beach and three minutes from the station. Sleeps four, with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, and air conditioning. Located on the third floor without an elevator.
Time Is You is a 49-square-meter apartment located in the historic center of Rapallo, in a position that makes a car unnecessary: the beach is a two-minute walk away, the promenade is just steps away, and the railway station — along with the ferry terminal for Portofino and San Fruttuoso — is three minutes away. The apartment features one double bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and truly practical: it includes a dishwasher and a washing machine, which makes a difference for stays longer than two nights. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV are provided. Linens and bathroom amenities are included, so there is no need to bring anything. One thing to know before booking: the apartment is on the third floor and has no elevator. This should be taken into account if you have heavy luggage, very young children, or mobility issues. Parking is not included, but paid spaces are available in the area. Smoking is prohibited, and pets are not allowed. For short stays, a standard contract and the municipal tourist tax apply.

You can reach the station on foot in three minutes: if you arrive by train, you won't need a car at all. From the same point, boats depart for Portofino and San Fruttuoso, which in summer are faster and much more pleasant than traveling by road.
