La Rete is a classic enduro trail in the Golfo dell'Isola area, near Spotorno: number 298 on the Finale Outdoor Region map, intermediate to difficult.

It is a technical descent that needs proper bike handling, not very long but with a view worth the trip. The surface is mostly rocky, with fixed stones: demanding, but within reach of many riders.

It ends at the top of the tarmac climb of the Via alla Rocca; climbing left for about ten minutes brings you to the start of La Folia. Before you set off, check on the Finale Outdoor Region website that it is open: trails close for maintenance, races or bad weather.
