SoggiornaThe Trail del Boccion is the longest descent at Mallare, in the Val Bormida, and the only trail that ends in the village centre: number 441 on the Finale Outdoor Region map, intermediate-to-difficult enduro.
It starts in a lovely beech wood and then enters the typical Mallare woodland: chestnuts, rocks, roots and a fine view over the valley.
It finishes in the centre of Mallare, where there are bars, restaurants and shops for a break. Before you set off, check on the Finale Outdoor Region website that it is open: trails close for maintenance, races or bad weather.
