The Pianarella is a steep, technical classic on the west side of the San Bernardino plateau: number 55 on the Finale Outdoor Region map, difficult to very difficult enduro, one of the most technical in the area.

It starts with an easy loop and a gentle climb on singletrack, then descends back towards the dirt road where it began.

Before reaching it, it changes direction, turns right and becomes a narrow, technical, steep line. A very interesting trail, but not for everyone. Before you set off, check on the Finale Outdoor Region website that it is open: trails close for maintenance, races or bad weather.
