The Megalithic is the technical classic of the San Bernardino plateau: number 57 on the Finale Outdoor Region map, a difficult enduro trail and a much more technical alternative to the Ruggetta.

It has steep, rocky stretches and many tight switchbacks: physical riding, for experienced riders who like an almost trials-style approach.

The setting is striking: dense woodland, among dry-stone walls and Neolithic caves. Before you set off, check on the Finale Outdoor Region website that it is open: trails close for maintenance, races or bad weather.
