SoggiornaThe Collarina is the dirt road climbing from provincial road 490 to the Colle del Melogno up to the top of the Rollercoaster: number 175 on the Finale Outdoor Region map, easy-to-intermediate cross-country, rideable both ways.
It links the provincial road with the Din area, gives easy access to the Madonna della Guardia trails and crosses the Martina and the Rollercoaster. It is a good alternative to the tarmac road.
The climb takes 30 to 45 minutes, with a few steep, rough pitches; along the way there are fine views over the Val Maremola. Before you set off, check on the Finale Outdoor Region website that it is open: trails close for maintenance, races or bad weather.
